Access-Based Content

Housekeeping Hotel does not sell physical goods. All paid access is granted digitally to written stories and limited Vault releases made available to registered guests.

Because access to paid content is provided immediately, all payments are final and refunds are not offered.

Vault Releases

Works released from The Vault are available for a limited time only. Once a release window has closed, access cannot be restored or refunded.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing content during an active access period, please contact the Concierge Desk. Reasonable assistance will be provided to resolve access issues while the release window remains open.

Shipping & Returns

Housekeeping Hotel does not ship physical items.
There are no shipping, handling, return, or reshipping fees associated with access to digital content.

Risk & Responsibility

Access to content is provided through the site during designated availability windows. Guests are responsible for ensuring they access and save permitted materials during that time, in accordance with usage guidelines.
