On Digital Artwork at the Housekeeping Hotel

The Housekeeping Hotel offers finished works in digital form. This allows each piece to exist with clarity and permanence, while remaining flexible in how it is displayed within a guest’s personal environment.

Digital ownership makes it possible to live with an artwork in many ways — printed, framed, or displayed on a screen — without requiring storage, shipping, or delay. Each file is prepared at exhibition-grade resolution, suitable for long-term keeping.

1. Why are the artworks offered digitally?

Digital works allow for immediate access and precise reproduction. Each file is created at a resolution appropriate for professional printing, as well as for display on digital frames, personal screens, or private online spaces.

Guests may choose how and where the artwork lives, without altering the integrity of the piece itself.

2. How will I receive my artwork?

After purchase, a download link is sent by email.
The file may be saved to your device and used according to the included personal-use license.

Delivery is immediate. No physical item is shipped.

3. What may I do with the artwork I purchase?

Each purchase grants personal ownership and display rights.

You may:

  • print the artwork for private spaces

  • display it digitally in your home or studio

  • use it as a personal screen image or background

  • print it multiple times for personal enjoyment

You may not:

  • resell or redistribute the file

  • share the artwork publicly online

  • use the artwork for commercial purposes without permission

4. Are custom or personalized works available?

Custom or commissioned works are not currently offered.
New pieces are added to the Hotel regularly, publicly and privately. Guests are invited to return as the rooms evolve.

5. Is commercial licensing available?

Commercial licensing may be arranged upon request.

If you wish to use an artwork for professional, branding, publishing, or commercial purposes, please contact the Concierge Desk with details of your intended use. Licensing terms and fees are assessed individually.

6. Are refunds offered?

Because the works are delivered digitally and made available immediately, all sales are considered final.

If you encounter any issues with your file, the Concierge Desk will assist in resolving them.

7. What if I lose my file or need it again?

If a file is misplaced or a new download link is required, please contact the Concierge Desk.
As long as the original purchase can be verified, the artwork may be resent.
